Not long now untill we all get together to get down and party, pls find attached the timetable (though it will be in your welcome pack so LOOK IN IT)
A few other things:Fancy dress  – Thanks for those that took part in voting, to confirm the result was HERO’S & VILLIANS and remember first prize is a free place at our next weekender in Sept so its worth making the effort. PLEASE NOTE: If you have organised a group please let them know as I’ve had complaints before from people that said ‘I didn’t know it was fancy dress’

Windsor bar (its next to the resturant)- I’ll be playing some music in there Sat & Sun afternoon, its a new thing so if you want somewhere to chill out with lunchtime come and join me – Sunday we have a DJ battle – Tony, Rob and Hughie

Music rooms - As we like spoiling you we are having 4 rooms of music – check out the back page of the timetable when you arrive for more details (also attached)

Sept - We already taken loads of bookings for this, all the single and doubles with single occupancy in the Vic are sold and only have a few doubles with single occ in the Derwent left.

 For anyone that hasn’t been before we will be at reception till 7pm on the Friday to welcome you, after which we get hungry but if there are any questions please do not hesitate to get in touch.We look forward to seeing you all and meeting some of you for the first (and hopefully not last) time.
